报告100例健康成人同步体表12导联心电图的QT间期和QT间期离散度(QTd):(1)各参数测量结果(±s):QTd、QTcd(矫正QTd)、JTd(JT离散度)、QTpd(QT顶点离散度)、JTpd(JTp离散度)、Tp-TEd(T波顶点至T波终点间期离散度)、QRSd(QRS间期离散度)和O-Qd(QRS起始时间离散度)分别为25.6±11.2,26.8±12.6,26.1±12.5,24.6±14.7,32.0±15.6,31.0±14.6,20.6±8.8和12.5±7.3ms,其范围均在5~50ms以内,与国际上研究结果一致。笔者认为QTd的正常值可暂定为<50ms;(2)体表12导联心电图同步记录方法,比常规非同步记录更能反映QTd的实际情况,并且可测量同步12导联QRS起始部时间(Q-QT)及其离散度(Q-QTd);(3)本文资料由国内和国外三组不同人员测量结果相同,表明QT、QTd测定的可重复性好;(4)性别差异,QT间期女性比男性长,而QRS间期男性比女性长,其机理尚待进一步研究探讨。

Objective:To study F wave of facial nerve in normal subjects. Methods:F wave was recorded from depressor anguli oris muscles by concentric needle electrode in 20 young normal subjects. Results:The main characteristic of F wave were investigated and the normal values of F latency, duration, amplitude, phases, persistence and chronodispersion were obtained. 目的:研究正常人面神经的F波表现。方法:用同心针电极在降口角肌记录了20名健康青年人40侧面神经的F波。结果:得到面神经F波各项参数(潜伏期、时程、振幅、相位数、出现率、时间离散度)的正常值,面神经F波的潜伏期与受试者的头围长度成正相关,而与身高体重无关,证实了人体两侧面神经的兴奋性相同。结论:F波作为一种能准确评价面神经颅内段功能的简单、敏感的客观方法,将在面神经疾病的早期诊断和病情及疗效评定中发挥重要的作用。

目的研究胺碘酮对单、双相电击的易损窗、易损上、下限以及除颤阈值(DFT)的影响。方法在离体Langendorf灌流兔心脏上记录单相动作电位以测量激活时间、动作电位时程(APD90)、90%复极恢复时间及其离散度。结果与对照组相比,胺碘酮延长APD90和90%复极时间(P<005),但并不改变激活时间离散度和90%复极时间离散度;使单、双相电击的易损窗都显著右移(P<001),但对易损窗的宽度无影响;对单相电击的易损下限无影响,但显著抬高双相电击的易损下限;对易损上限和DFT无影响。结论胺碘酮将单、双相电击的易损窗都右移并提高双相电击的易损下限,但在该模型中对两种电击的易损上限、DFT和易损窗宽度均无直接影响。
