The errors of common normal dimensions are kept within 0.2-0.3mm. The accuracy requirement of the gears can be readily met after investment casting gear blanks are machined by wormwheel grinding. The errors of common normal dimensions are kept within 0.2-0.3mm. The accuracy requirement of the gears can be readily met after investment casting gear blanks are machined by wormwheel grinding. Thus it becomes possible to set up high efficiency "investment casting-wormwheel grinding" gear production line and an excellent substitute for making investment casting gears is obtained.

本文叙述了40Cr合金结构钢在调质处理状态(HRC28)下,经磨削加工后表面质量的变化规律。在磨削试验中,除按照生产中常用的刚玉砂轮及常用的磨削条件外,还用了人造金刚石砂轮、立方氮化硼砂轮及其相应的磨削条件。磨削后,就其表面状态、表面光洁度、表面显微组织、表面显微硬度及表面应力等项目进行了观察、测试与分析讨论。
