The effect of molecular structure of polymer to anti-swell ability are studied by analysing clay stabilization capabilities investigated. The results indicate that clay stabilization capability of the polymers are excellent and the molecular structure of a polymer affects anti-swell capability.

化学吞吐是稠油油藏开发的一条新途径。该方法是将化学吞吐液从原油生产井注入油层,利用化学吞吐液与原油之间的低界面张力特性,使高粘度的稠油乳化,产生低粘度的水包油型乳状液,增加原油流动性能,提高油井产能来增加原油产量。本文通过实验室试验筛选出了STQ-1化学吞吐液配方,并对配方在实验室进行了评价。该配方与胜利油田某种原油具有超低界面张力,低于1.0×10-3mN/m,具有良好的原油乳化降粘效果和粘土稳定性。室内吞吐模拟试验表明,该吞吐液能起到良好的吞吐采油作用。在胜利油田纯梁采油厂进行了现场吞吐实验,取得了成功,使油井从吞吐作业前的日产油0.2t增加到1.4t,在注水转注前累计增产原油60.0t。

To aim at the stabilized badly character of high liquid clay, the strength change laws of commix clay under mixture ratios were studied in this paped The optimum engineering properties were determined by laboratory test-economic and technical norms-test section of highway. The result indicated that the lime-Stabilized soil of high liquid clay filling 4% lime was appropriate.
