A temperature control system with high accuracy is designed and fabricated by employing commonly used devices based on proportion integration differentiation(PID) control technique.The PID controller and the relevant auxiliary circuits, as well as the thermostat, ensure this system for high accuracy, good stability and desirable practicality.These auxiliary circuits include precision voltage source, the working temperature setting circuit, the integrating saturation releasing circuit and the display circuit which shows the state of temperature adjustment.The designed accuracy of this circuit system is ±1 mK.The experiment shows that, within quite a long period(longer than 8 hours),the temperature drift in the thermostat is less than ±10 mK. Finally,the error source and ways of improvement are discussed.
