It is proposed that mean stress effect should be divided into two aspects, i.e.static effect and dynamic effect for fatigue under complex loading. The static effect affects only ultimate fracture condition (the critical residual strength), while the dynamic effect affects damage evolution and residual strength degradation rate. In this paper,the equivalent damage calculation method to compile the fatigue/fracture acceleratedtest load spectrum is presented.By means of the method,the accelerated test load spectrum can be compiled toshorten the test time,and to pledge the damage of the structure under the accelerated test load spectrum and theactual load spectrum equivalent.So the test results under the accelerated test load spectrum are true and reliable.

提出了疲劳/断裂加速试验载荷谱编制的损伤当量折算方法,使用该方法编制的加速试验载荷谱能大大压缩试验时间,并保证加速谱与原谱对构件造成的损伤等效,从而使试验结果真实、可靠。
