本文分析和讨论了影响放热率计算精度的各种因素,并从放热率对粗暴度和热效率的关系,分析了放热特性对性能的影响。通过实例,应用放热率对燃烧过程进行了分析。借助理想放热率计算结果,衡量了实际放热率的优劣。在上述分析和讨论的基础上,总结了在放热率的计算和应用中应该注意的若干问题。

The principle and design of a new DSCS (double swirls combustion system) are provided in this paper.Its essence is that fuel jet (spray) collides with the ridge of DS combustion chamber,then splits and forms double swirls for fuel air mixing and burning.This test study for mixing mechanism of fuel air was completed in the modeling test apparatus for fuel jet,that was developed by authors.Modeling experiments indicate that the flow process of fuel jet can be divided into four phases in detail.Mixing and burning can be carried out with new principle.The tests of the single cylinder diesel engine show that DSCS have advantages of high fuel economy,lower dead and shock load,lower exhaust temperature,lower smoke,and better heat release pattern.So there is a good prospect of development in the theory and application fields of DSCS.

本文提供了新型DSCS(双卷流燃烧系统)的结构和原理,其核心是在DS燃烧室内,燃油射流触脊、分裂并呈双卷流进行混合与燃烧。在自制的燃油喷雾模型试验装置上,采用油-油喷射技术,对燃烧室模型内的燃油射流流动过程进行高速摄影,并对多种试验方案的拍照结果进行分析。模型试验表明,DSCS中燃油射流流程可细分为4个阶段,采用了新机理、新理论进行混合与燃烧。单、多缸机试验表明DSCS节油率高,静、动载荷低,排温低,烟度低,具有较理想的放热规律,理论和应用都有良好的发展前景。

By improving forming quality of mixed gas, controlling major factors influencing combustion of diesel engines and adopting lean homogeneous pre-mixing combustion mode, ideal combustion rules are obtained. The performance experiment was conducted in a four-valve, single-cylinder, 135 type DI engine. The results show that enhancing supercharging ratio and increasing valve overlap angle is an important method for the intensified combustion of the DI diesel engine.

抓住影响柴油机燃烧过程的主要因素,通过提高混合气形成质量,采用稀薄均质预混合燃烧方式,控制上止点着火,获得理想放热规律。在4气门135型直喷式试验机上取得了经济性和排放性全面改善的试验效果。文中还介绍了模拟增压试验一不同增压比、气门重叠角、喷油定时及喷孔尺寸一的实验研究情况。结果表明:适当提高增压比和加大气门重叠角,是实现柴油机强化燃烧的重要措施。
