This paper discusses the performance of longitudinal vibration transducers with a front impedance matching means and a rear impedance matching means, which are placed between a ceramic material and a front mass and a rear mass respectively.The different mechanical impedance of matching means provide the double-tuned resonance characteristic to the transducers.However, the tuning frequencies of the transducers response can be predetermined by an appropriate design for the front means and the rear means.In the paper, the electric admittance and the transmitting voltage response of the transducer are calculated.In order to obtain a desirable wide-band frequency characteristics of the transducer, computer simulation and computer-aided design are applied; then, the appropriate parametric values of the matching means may be given.The numerical example of above mentioned transducers are preferred) and its transmitting voltage response with 3dB bandwidth of more than one octave is obtained.The transmitting voltage response in water agrees with the experi mental results.The electric admittance is principally coincided with the experimental results.

This paper presents the design of bulk acoustic microwave delay lines with frequency range of 2-4GHz. The devices are of the configura-tion of one-dimensional longitudinal vibration transducers consisted of ZnO piezoelectric films sputtered on the surfaces of the rod ends of Al2O3 or LiTaO3 single crystal. Center frequency of 2-3.4GHz is obtained with delay time of 2-3μs, insertion loss of 35-55dB, voltage standing -wave ratio<3.5, and bandwidth of 10-20%.

本文介绍了在2—4GHz频率范围声体波延迟线的设计.该器件是在Al_2O_3单晶或LiTaO_3棒端面上溅射ZnO压电薄膜组成的一维纵向振动换能器结构.器件典型参数值为:中心频率2—3.4GHz;延时2—3μs,插损35—55dB;电压驻波比小于3.5,带宽10—20%.
