A kind of mixed bacterial culture able to treat thiocyanate-containing wastewater, was isolated from sludge.

二沉池是生化处理的重要环节,本文根据对生产规模二沉池的研究,提出了动力学研究分析方法。二沉池作为分离混合液的设备,需要根据混合液的絮凝、沉降与浓缩性能进行设计,并保证出水水质标准。我们采用直径为6. 6米的向心流沉淀池,作为异重流混合型射流曝气的二沉池,用六种不同的水力负荷、固定负荷以及不同的水温(最高20. 5℃、最低8℃)与气温(-32℃~38℃),进行一年多的试验分析,用标准沉降曲线法,提出动力学分析方法,从而使这种方法具有一定的普遍意义,其研究结果可以适用于相同污水性质的二沉池设计,其研究方法可以适用于对其它各种污水处理二沉池的试验方法。用标准沉降曲线的分析方法,需要确定压缩点的正确位置,而 Talmage 提出的作图法,存在着两个难以克服的问题,本文根据沉降曲线的性质,提出正确得出压缩点的方法,使动力学方程式更为可靠。通过研究,我们得出向心二沉池的水力负荷为2. 2~2. 4米~3/米~2·时,较幅流式沉淀池高,从而可适当缩短沉淀历时与池容。

According to the conditions of the test the appropriate height of the filter was determined as 6m(ratio of the internal diameter to the clear height being 1: 3.5—4.0). The technical efficacy indexes of the filter mayreach: hydraulic loading 1.5m~3/m~3.d; COD removal rate 68%; removal rate of organie matter 1.6kg.COD/m~3.d; set volume or the facility 625m~3/tonue COD removed.d; gas production rate 0.313m~3/m~3.d.
