Conclusion NF-κ B may regulate the expression of genes associated with graft rejection, and thus play a role of center-control in the occurance and development of corneal graft rejective reaction.
CONCLUSION: NF-κB may be involved in the occurrence of corneal graft rejective reaction and plays a role of center-control in the immunity of corneal graft by regulating the expressions of genes associated with graft rejection, such as ICAM-1. Ciclosporin A can inhibit the corneal graft rejective reaction by inhibiting NF-κB nuclear translocation and activity.
