With the aid of multi factor analysis, the effect of the three factors of time, space and human effort on the bacteria content in the air of the old patients' ward is examined. The conclusion shows that the bacteria content in the air of the said ward is high in summer. The sterilization of the air with the irradiation of ultraviolet rays and the fumigation of atractylodes chinensis may reduce the bacteria content remarkably. Thirty minutes after sterilization, the bacteria content is lowered by more than 50%....

It may be concluded that the three factors of time, space and human effort do have conspicuous effect on the bacteria content of the old patients' ward. To tighten such an air control, the three factors must be simultaneously taked account of.

采用多因素析因分析,探讨时间、空间及人为因素对老年病房空气细菌含量的影响。结果表明:病房空气细菌含量夏季多,采用紫外线照射和苍术烟熏的空气消毒法可显著减少病房空气的细菌数量,消毒后30分钟空气中细菌数量减少达50%以上,冬季三楼空气消毒30分钟后细菌含量最少。可见,时间、空间及人为因素对老年病房空气细菌含量有显著影响,加强病房空气管理必须兼顾时空因素及人为防范措施的作用。
