The mathematical models of the point of common coupling(PCC) comprising Active Power Filter(APF) are established. Considering the time delay of the controller during calculation, two types of algorithms utilized to predict load current value are proposed,and a new pulsewidth modulated(PWM) control method is proposed in this paper as well. Finally, the models and the algorithms presented are verified by modeling with the aid of the simulation package——KREAN 3.0.

针对工程设计结果的非唯一性,用结构奇异值分析对其进行鲁棒性评估,在达到品质要求的多组控制律或参数中进一步选出鲁棒性较强的设计,这相当于同时考虑性能品质和鲁棒性的一种多目标设计.此外,在其控制律不变的前提下,以结构奇异值为目标函数并加上适当的约束条件,对控制律中的几个主要参数用变尺度法或其它优化方法进行优化,以得到鲁棒性较好又适合工程实际的控制器.最后,以某型飞机横航向飞控系统为例进行仿真研究.

This paper presents the system dynamic control tests, which is a part of the Yimin—Fengtun TCSC project, carried in TNA laboratory of Electric Power Research Institute, China. Various control schemes to improve transient stability which were put forward by the paralleled working group are carried out on the analog TCSC simulator, and some analysis and comparison on the test results are also presented. The result of test shows that TCSC can be used to enhance stability level of electric power grid.
