The device is composed of mechanical system and computer data collection system. The mechanical system is composed of testing mechanical assembly, hydraulic loading pump station, pressure increasing and holding device for tested media, and sensors. The computer data collection system is composed of collection circuits of temperature, rotation speed of the motor, vibrating ranges, pressure of the media, leakage, torque and spring force, serial communication controlling circuit and combined power supply. The device can be used to measure the spring pressure under dynamic conditions and analyze the influence of vibration on the mechanical seal, and can be used to provide static test and working test for mechanical seals.

The experiment indicates that molten liquid's temperature field moves upward with the increasing of vibration power and the extending of vibration time, and tends to a balance temperature field;the ultrasonic joining vibration may markedly fine pro-eutectic FeAl_3 phase, the Al-Fe alloy through ultrasonic joining vibration solidification has good heat stability and has good applied prospect.

利用受控凝固和受控振动相结合的实验装置和方法,研究了超声参振对A1Fe合金熔体温度场以及组织形态和抗拉强度的影响。试验表明:熔体的温度场随振动功率的增加和振动时间的延长而升高,并趋于一个平衡的温度场;超声参振可以显著细化先共晶FeAl3相;超声参振凝固的A1Fe合金的热稳定性好,有良好的应用前景。
