Conclusion After the rhizomorph of A.mellea infected G.elata nutritional stems, hyphal coils and the hyphal stream will breakthrough passage cells as well as large cells surround the whole nutritional stems, so the passage cells is the key nutritional resource in the whole growth period of G. elata.

目的 研究天麻营繁茎被蜜环菌侵染后细胞结构的变化,及天麻整个生长期的营养来源。方法 作天麻营繁茎连续纵切片结合横切片观察;在天麻生长期切断其与菌材连接的蜜环菌索,测量新生麻生长情况。结果 蜜环菌索侵入天麻营繁茎后,分成多个分枝的菌丝通道,菌丝突破通道形成菌丝流,向外侵入皮层细胞形成菌丝结,向内直接侵入大型细胞被天麻消化作为营养;切断天麻与菌材连接的蜜环菌索,新生麻就停止生长。结论 蜜环菌索侵入天麻营繁茎后,菌丝结、突破菌丝通道的菌丝流,及大型细胞等三层细胞层呈片状环周包围了整个营繁茎,菌丝通道是天麻整个生长期营养的补给线。

通过对常用数值计算方法的分析、对比及评价,运用有限元计算方法,建立了加筋土弹塑性本构模型,编制了加筋土挡土墙在动荷载作用下的通用数值计算程序。筋材与其上下表层一定厚度的填土层共同工作,视为筋—土单元,成功地解决了筋材与土介质的接触问题,较好地解决了墙面板与筋材连接处两个接触面单元的特殊问题,不仅使计算方便,而且也符合实际情况。
