The content of serum free tyrosine in the experemental and control groups was 0.133±0.024 and 0.083±0.010 mM (X+SD) respectively, the content of thyroid free tyrosine was 1.51±0.51 and 0.46±0.25 ug/mg wet tissue respectively,the thyroid iodine content was 0.21±0.05 and 0.13±0.05ug/mg wet tissue respectively and TPO activity was 66.4±36.1 and 139.8±46.0 GU×10~3/mg prot. respectively. There was a positive correlation among thyroid iodine content serum free tyrosine and thyroid free tyrosine and a negative correlation among TPO activety, serum free tyrosine and thyroid free tyrosine.

人胎胰岛组织临床移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病有效,本文报告培养方法及对胰岛β细胞和外分泌细胞活性和功能的检测,发现人胎胰岛组织在体外培养过程中,培养液内胰岛素量逐渐降低,每毫克湿重组织内胰岛素含量逐渐升高。随培养时间不同,茶碱增强葡萄糖诱导胰岛素的释放量不同。胎胰组织及培养液内未测到淀粉酶。
