An O/W emulsion non solvent addition method was used to prepare ehtylcellulose(EC) microcapsules of water soluble pharmaceuticals (theophylline).The solvent and non-solvent used in this were toluene and cyclohexane,respectively.The effects of polymer concentration,core wall ratio and particle size on the kinetic model as well as the dissolution rate of the drug were investigated.The results show that the dissolution rate increase as polymer concentration and core wall ratio. The microcapsules prepared from different processes are profiled first order and Higuchi matrix models.

利用O/W型乳化添加非溶剂法,制备了水溶性药物复合高分子微胶囊,实验所选择的核物质为茶碱,壳物质为乙基纤维素。本研究选用甲苯为溶剂,环己烷为非溶剂,探讨了高分子溶液浓度、核物质与壳物质比例等对核物质的溶出速率及动力学的影响。实验结果表明,核物质的溶出速率受高分子溶液的浓度及核物质与壳物质比值的影响较大,其速率随高分子溶液浓度及核物质与壳物质比值的增加而增加,其释放方式大多同时符合一阶动力学模式及Higuchi间质化模式。

用高分子材料作为载体的高分子微胶囊和纳米级胶囊药物制剂不仅能控制药物以一定的速度释放 ,而且还可以对生物体的生理指标变化作出相应的反馈 ,因而可以制成靶向药物释放体系。文章较全面地综述了高分子微胶囊药物的制备技术和应用。阐述了高分子微胶囊的粒径、表面积、孔度、药物性能和药含量 ,以及高分子胶囊材料的性能对药物释放行为的影响。并对药物释放机理进行了简单扼要的陈述。

The carrier drug microsphere (or microcapsule) is wry important for controlled - release drug nowdays. The materials and preparation methods are the key for the control release system. The basic preparation method and application of the polymeric carrier drug microsphere are introduced in the paper, and the research advance of the chitosan carrier drug microcapsule is also summarized.
