Finite element analysis is made to the wire temperature field in dieless drawing as the wire has been heated thoroughly. Based on a fundamental differential equation derived, the boundary conditions of heat flow output is discussed taking the influences of the space between heating coil and cooling nozzle into consideration. The FEA results may represent satisfactorily the temperature distribution within workpiece and provide a theoretical means for further study.

A method of adjoint fields is derived to analyze the disturbance of the temperature field dueto the variation of material parameter which occurs only in a part of the given field and tocalculate the temperature field disturbed. It is possible to calculate the temperature field disturbedon the basis of the given field through the choice of the adjoint field.

提出了一种伴随场的方法,用以分析温度场中局部材料参数改变时对原有场的扰动及扰动后温度场的计算问题.通过选择适当的伴随场,可以以原有温度场为基础,对扰动后的温度场进行计算.
