The spectrum of noise of spindle is in the range of 200Hz—5 kHz, it relates to the rotating frequency and its hamonics, the selfexcited vibration has no effect on the noise. The sound pressure level of noise is signicantly increased above 16,000 rpm. The rotor and bearing of open-end-spinning which has rigid support possess with high noise frequency, while the noise frequencies of rotor and bearing system which has elastic support are coincied with the first, second and third natural frequencies, it means there are "coherence efforts" between noise and vibration at those frequencies.
