This paper discusses that fine metal matrix powder can be obtained by wet mixing technology which promotes alloying process and improves the structure of iron-based friction materials. Thus, this technology plays an important role in improving all of properties of iron-base friction materials.

探讨了固相热扩散法制备燃气涡轮高温可磨耗封严用Ni-Cr-Al/D.e.复合粉末材料的工艺技术。研究了铝铬共扩散、扩散时间及温度、活化剂、原料铬粉及铝粉等对合金化过程的影响。介绍了制备Ni-Cr-Al复合包复粉末的工艺条件和所制备粉末的性能。

Relations between energy consumption and particle sizes and morphology of powder and technological conditions have been determined by testing. The results have shown that at the initial stage of ball milling process, the quicker the rotation of milling balls, the bigger the particle size will be. At the final stage of ball milling, the particle size decreases with the increasing of specific energy input.

试验测定了机械合金化过程中能量消耗及粉末粒度、形态与工艺条件的关系。结果表明,在球磨初期,球磨转速越高,粉末粒径越大。在球磨后期,粉末粒度随输入比能量的增加而减小。
