By the ABC enzyme labelling method we studied the microvascular density and proliferating cell ratio in buccal mucosa squamous cell carcimoma (BMSCC) and in normal buccal tissues quantitatively. These two parameters in BMSCC are 208% and 335% ( P <0.05) respectively which are distinctly higher than those of the normal buccal tissues, indicating malignant features of the carcinoma. The distribution of proliferating cells, corresponds to the area where the microvascular density is high, mainly in the periphery and basal parts of cancer nests. There is a dependent relationship between them, showing a linear positive correlation statistically. The results confirm that angiogenesis and cancer cell proliferation promote each other. They are two important indexes of the local biological behavior of BMSCC and are very important to predict the malignant potential and to evaluate therapeutic effect for BMSCC

用ABC酶标法定量分析了颊癌内微血管密度和增殖细胞比率,其与正常组织的差别及参考价值。颊癌内这二个指标均明显高于正常颊部组织,分别为后者的208%(P<0.05)和335%(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,微血管密度改变和增殖细胞比例变化均反映了肿瘤组织的恶性特征。增殖细胞分布区域与颊癌内微血管密集增生区域相一致,主要分布在肿瘤周边部和癌巢的基底部;二者间存在密切的依存关系,呈直线正相关。经统计学处理,其直线回归方程为Y=20.0801+1.3044X(r=0.9680,P<0.01)。本研究证明颊癌内血管生成与癌细胞增殖相互促进,是颊癌生物学行为表达的二个重要指标,对判断颊癌的发展和疗效评价有重要意义。

Methods Cyclosporin A treated mice bearing human gastric cancer Sy86B in the peritoneal cavity were treated ip twice with 43 ℃ double distilled water (DDW) or 43℃ DDW containing 0.05% cholohexidine or 43℃ DDW with carboplatin(10 mg/kg). The best treatment result was observed in mice receiving carboplatin in 43℃ DDW which was also superior to that in mice treated with carboplatin alone. Conclusion Hyperthermic hypoosmotic solution containing chemotherapeutic agent by ip infusion may be a treatment of choice in the management of peritoneal carcinomatosis in advanced stomach cancer patients.

目的探讨温热低渗液、洗必泰、卡铂或联合应用,对Sy86B人胃癌小鼠腹膜移植瘤增殖活性抑制作用及其与直接杀伤效应的相关性。方法采用Brdu体外标记、FCM及RIA技术检测,经43℃双蒸馏水(DDW)、DDW加微量洗必泰(0.05%)、卡铂(10mg/kg)和43℃DDW加卡铂(10mg/kg)处理后的腹水瘤细胞增殖指标。结果与对照组比较,各实验组瘤细胞的Brdu标记指数(BrduLI)减少21.8%~75.0%(P<0.05~0.01);S和G2/M期增殖细胞比率、增殖指数(PI)和DNA指数(DI)显著下降(P<0.01)。瘤细胞的异倍体与二倍体DNA核型比例分别为64,73,46和19;腹水上清中CEA和hEGF含量消减(P<0.01)。BrduLI、PI、DI、CEA和hEGF5种指标与小鼠生存时间或瘤细胞数量之间相关性有显著意义(r=0.49~0.82,P<0.05~0.01)。结论4种处理因素均有抑制瘤细胞增殖活性作用,以43℃DDW协同卡铂效果最佳。

There was no difference between Group 1 and Group 2. There existed significant difference between Group 3 and other. VD proliferating cell ratio had marked difference among different OSCC pathological grades. Conclusion it showed a linear positive correlation statistically between VD and proliferating cell ratio of OSCC. These two norms promoted each other causing biological behavior of OSCC embodied fully.

目的 探讨口腔鳞癌血管密度与增殖细胞比率的相关性。方法 采用ABC酶标法对 8例健康人口腔粘膜、15例口腔癌前病变组织、4 3例口腔鳞癌标本 ,分别检测其F8-RA和PCNA的表达。结果 ABC法比HE染色法更直观、特异 ,并有更高的阳性率。血管密度和增殖细胞比率 3组比较逐渐递增 ,1组与 2组比较无显著性差异。 3组与前 2组比较差异有显著性。血管密度和增殖细胞比率在口腔鳞癌病理不同分级之间比较 ,有显著性差异。结论 口腔鳞癌血管密度和增殖细胞比率呈现直线正相关。这 2个指标互相促进 ,促使口腔鳞癌的生物学行为得以充分体现
