This paper discusses the reachability and the controllability of symmetric and generalized symmetric systems.It is shown that if a generalized symmetric system is controllable on a neighborhood of a point,then the system is controllable on some open set which includes the group action-orbit at the point.With generalized symmetries an approach to calculate control laws is given in principle.A sufficient and necessary condition of controllability for symmetric systems is also presented in this paper.

本文讨论对称及广义对称非线性系统的可达性与可控性。文中证明了如果广义对称系统在一点的邻域可控,那么系统在包含该点群作用轨道的一个开集上是可控的。利用广义对称性还给出了控制律的原则算法。对于对称系统,给出了可控性的充要条件。

Based on the concept of entropy, the measure of parts routing flexibility has been established. In the measure, all the operations and the machine characteristics such as machine reliability are incorporated. An algorithm for the dynamic determination of the parts routing in a manufacturing system is proposed. The algorithm is applied to a simulated system and the results are compared with those obtained by another algorithm based on the “shortest processing time” (SPT) rule. It has been found that the algorithm based on “least reduction in entropy” (LRE) is better than that based on SPT rule in both lead time and machine utilization.

指出平行操作和多个可供选择的机器的存在是零件加工路线柔性产生的原因.采用根据熵的概念建立的零件加工路线柔性的测度,这一测度包含了所有的操作和机器特征(如机器可靠性等).提出了制造系统中动态确定零件加工路线的算法.通过实例模拟对本算法和基于最短加工时间原则的算法进行了比较,结果表明基于最小熵原则的算法在提前期和机器利用率方面优于基于最短加工时间原则的算法
