The Peroxidase activity of the leaves of three rice varieties was determined during the seedling stage. Result showed that the Peroxidase activity of the leaves infected by the bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzae)was higher than that of the healthy leaves. Peroxidase activity ratio between the infected and healthy leaves of these three varieties was found to be 1.32,1.29 and 1.88 respectively. The Peroxidase activity of the leaves of three rice varieties was determined during the seedling stage. Result showed that the Peroxidase activity of the leaves infected by the bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzae)was higher than that of the healthy leaves. Peroxidase activity ratio between the infected and healthy leaves of these three varieties was found to be 1.32,1.29 and 1.88 respectively. The Peroxidase aetivity during the tillering stage of the infected leaves of the five rice varieties different in resistance was also found to be much higher than that of the healthy leaves. And the susceptible variety "Jin gang 30" possesses the highest ratio of the Peroxidase activity mentioned above. On the same leaf,Peroxidase activity was higher in the leaf tissue near to the lesions.Isoperoxidase spectrum of the rice seedling leaves was determined by Polyacrylamide gel disc-electrophoresis method. Results showed that the number of enzyme bands of the susceptible varieties were less than that of the resistant varieties. And it was also indicated that no significant difference was found in the number of the enzyme bands between the infected and healthy leaves irrespective of whether the varieties were susceptible or resistant.Nevertheless,the result obtained in tillering stage was dissimilar to that in the seedling stage.

三个水稻品种幼苗叶片过氧化物酶活性测定表明,感染白叶枯病的病叶过氧化物酶活性高于健叶,病叶与健叶之比分别为1.32,1.29和1.88。五个水稻品种成株期叶片过氧化物酶活性亦病叶高于健叶,以感病品种金刚30为最高。同一病叶上近病斑的叶片组织过氧化物酶活性高于远离病斑的叶片组织。 用凝胶圆盘电泳法测定水稻苗期植株叶片过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的结果表明,感病品种酶带少于抗病品种。但是无论抗、感品种在接种白叶枯病菌后病叶的酶带与健叶一致,成株期测定的结果与苗期结果不一致。

本研究对某些植物感病后的过氧化物酶同工酶的变化进行了比较研究,供试植物有烟草、甘薯和枣。研究的病害有TMV、CMV、黑斑病、根腐病和丛枝病,研究结果如下:1.不同植物的过氧化物酶同工酶谱不同;2.同一植物不同品种的过氧化物酶同工酶特点不同;3.感病植株的过氧化物酶同工酶的活性比未感病植株的强;4.同一烟草品种感染TMV、CMV后的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱不同;这种差异可以反应抗病性程度的不同;5.在所研究的植物中有一种趋势,即病情越重,酶带数越多。因此,同工酶的变化可以作为发现病情和评价品种抗病性的一种手段。

Pediobius sp. was obtained from the larvae and pupae of potato 28-spotted beetle, H. vigintioctomaculta. an important potato pest in Beijing. In a cross-mating test, this Pediobius species was found to have no reproductive isolation with P. feveolatus introduced from India. Electroreis studies using polyacrylamid gel showed that the esterase, lactate dehydrogenase, malic dehydrogenase and alcohol dehydrogenase of the two Pediobius populations were monomorphic, with only one different zone existed in the esterase....

杂交试验结果表明,北京地区寄生于马铃薯廿八星瓢虫幼虫和蛹的姬小蜂,与原产印度的瓢虫姬小蜂不存在生殖上的隔离。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法对上述来源不同姬小蜂的同工酶作比较:两姬小蜂的乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和醇脱氢酶(ADH)同工酶谱均无差异,酯酶同工酶酶谱基本一致,表明两姬小蜂在上述同工酶的基因控制上,具有同一物种的遗传特征。根据杂交试验和同工酶酶谱分析结果,可以推断北京地区的姬小蜂种名应为瓢虫姬小蜂(Pediobius foveolatus(Crawford)。
