滚筒自动调高是实现采煤工作面自动化的关键技术之一,其核心是煤岩分界识别技术。采用记忆智能程控为主与传感器煤岩分界为辅的综合识别技术,不仅可弥补单一传感器识别所带来的稳定性、可靠性差和精度低等问题,又可避免记忆程控过于依赖人的行为所带来的不及时和随机现象。此种技术方法适用于大功率自动化采煤机,是首选的调高方法。

The model of the genetic algorithm for identifying the object is introduced into the automatic height-adjustment foreseeing and controlling system of coal-cutter's cylinder.And the curve of the boundary surface between coal and rock,the memory track,is corrected continuously according to the results of the information fusion of various sensors of the coal-cutter,which makes the foreseeing and controlling get excellent application in the coal-cutter,the system with non-linearity and time-variation.

在采煤机滚筒的自动调高预见控制系统中,引入遗传算法辨识对象的模型,并根据采煤机各种传感器信息融合结果不断修正煤岩分界的曲线即记忆轨迹,使预见控制在采煤机这个具有时变性和非线性的系统中得到很好应用。
