In order to guarantee the quality of welded seams, this paper deals with the problem of making an accurate working drawing of a developed high-pressure three-way pipe by the affinity method, in which the tang- ent at the fixed point on an ellipse is drawn first,then the angle line at the mouth of wilding is done, and at last the length of the cylinder generatrix determined, this the accurate working drawing of the devel- oped high-pressur three-way pipe and a rational structural form of we- lding are obtained....

A CAD/CAM integrated software system for unfolding and cutting sheet metals of multi-intersected ducts and pipes is introduced in terms of system construction and principle. The software system adopts a process-oriented computing model, which sufficiently considers the welded seam, sheet thickness, join angle and their influences to sheet metal manufacture process. By means of MDMI program frame and 3-dimensional modeling technology, the system supports total-process-design. Such a system not only can produce the engineering prints, baiting figures and 3-dimensional model of various sheet-metal fabrications, but also can generate the plan lists for preparation processes and NC programs for NC machining. Simulations of the NC machining and direct numerical control are accomplished with the system as well.

One kind of Gabor band-pass filter on the characteristics of disturbance of arc light and splashes for the V-groove image with structural light was designed.The filter can be programmed for the directivity and frequency.The paper had calculated the initial parameters and offered the experimental results.The results indicate that the filter has effective and anti-jamming.

尝试借助Gabor带通滤波器在图像处理中其方向性和频率可选择的优点,通过初始参数计算和实验验证,实现对带辅助结构光V形焊接坡口图像中弧光和飞溅等干扰的有效滤波。结果表明,该带通滤波器滤波效果良好,抗干扰性强。
