Laser was applied to the breeding of mulberry from the seventies. We have been studying the laser breeding methods of mulberry for more than twenty years. Laser may produce biological effect to mutri-tive organ and reproductive organ of mulberry. But the effect concerned in test material, test variety, laser kinds and laser power. Laser has quite unique advantage beside ionization radiation. The fact is that combining laser breeding with cross breeding, or combining laser with other physical chemistry factors...

Laser has quite unique advantage beside ionization radiation. The fact is that combining laser breeding with cross breeding, or combining laser with other physical chemistry factors makes asexual organ of mulberry (winter bud) produce useful mutation, which is the best channel of the laser breeding of mulberry.

激光应用于桑树育种起于七十年代,通过我所二十多年来对桑树激光育种方法的研究与探讨,激光对桑树营养器官和生殖器官都可产生生物学效应,但这种效应的大小,多少与供试材料,供试品种和激光种类,功率大小有关,而且激光较电离辐射有它独特的优点。实践证明,激光育种与杂交育种相结合,或激光与其它理化因素相结合,处理桑树的无性器官冬芽能产生较多的有益突变,为桑树激光育种的最佳途径。

25°以上陡坡地灌桑隔坡垄槽栽培研究结果表明,较对照土壤侵蚀量0.799~10.8t/亩,降为零,桑树根系主要分布层5cm与100cm深土壤含水量较对照高出10.2%~33.67%与8.27%~65.37%150cm与100cm深土壤全氮较对照低10%和0.0%,全磷则高出2.9%和26.2%,全钾高出3.18%和8.01%,水解氮低于对照38.52%,速效磷高出39.02%和97.72%,速效钾低于对照8.52%和7.46%;亩均产叶量和产茧量均较对照高出5~10倍;经济效益较对照高出11.88倍。社会、经济、生态三大效益显著。

AbstractPot and field experiments with 9 solid compound fertilizers (CFAA) con-taining amino acids on 5 crops showed that CFAAS were new fertilizershaving the samilar fertility as those ones presently used. 9种氨基酸复合(混)固体肥料配方在5种作物上的盆栽及大田对比试验表明,氨基酸复合(混)固体肥是一种可以与目前推广使用的优质复合肥相媲美的新型优质肥料。应用于木本作物如柑桔、桑树等效果显著,可使锦橙与果树复合肥比产量增力9.9%,单株重量增力16.1%、总糖增加15.6%、Vc增力15.0%;桑树作追肥与等有效养分总量相比,叶产量增加高达17一50%、粗蛋白增加3一9%;应用于禾本科作物如水稻、小麦,以及蔬菜四季豆,也具有增加产量和提高品质的作用。研究认为禾本科作物上应选用12#,木本科作物选用16#的氨基酸复合(混)固体肥料配方。
