It is important to establish the torsional vibration calculating model of gear-driven systems of machine tool for dynamic design or analysis. The methods for determniing the dampg coefficient of the transfer elements and the torsional rigidity of a pair of gear of driven system in establishing the torsional vibration calculation model were proposed. And the contrast between the experimental data obtained from dynamic measurement of the mode Y-38 gear hobber, and the calculating data of same machine by this method...

It is important to establish the torsional vibration calculating model of gear-driven systems of machine tool for dynamic design or analysis. The methods for determniing the dampg coefficient of the transfer elements and the torsional rigidity of a pair of gear of driven system in establishing the torsional vibration calculation model were proposed. And the contrast between the experimental data obtained from dynamic measurement of the mode Y-38 gear hobber, and the calculating data of same machine by this method proves that the present method for determining the two parameters is available.

This paper, with a view of low noise and simple, economic method, attaches importance to finding out the design of optimization method of low noise arrangement of the gear transmission system. People can use this method to anticipate the noise degree of gear transmission system during the design.
