The web structure has been widely used in design of aviation gears,and its structure vibration has attracted much attention.But the function of web as a torsion spring in the dynamic behaviour of gear system needs a thorough investigation still.In this paper,a typical gear transmission is taken for example,its dynamic model has been built up to analyze the vibration mode of the system.The dynamic responses of this system at various speeds have been obtained with Fourier method by considering the transmission error of the pair of gears as excitation.Further,the influences of web flexibility and attached damping on the dynamic responses have been studied,the dynamic loads on the teeth when the web thickness is changed,and the damping,both attached and unattached,have been calculated respectively.Some useful conclusions have been drawn which show that the combination of flexible web and attached damping can lower the vibration level and decrease the dynamic loads obviously.

本文以一个典型的齿轮传动系统为例 ,讨论了辐板式结构对系统固有频率和振型等动态特性的影响 ,并进一步计算了当辐板柔度不同时系统的动态响应 ,得到了轮齿上的动载荷 ,分析了辐板柔度的影响和附加阻尼的效用 ,得出一些规律性的结论 ,以指导辐板结构的设计及其在减振降噪方面的应用。

Abstract A method for calculating dynamic root stresses of helical gears is proposed,based on local mesh refinement approach of tooth root,analysis of dynamic behaviours of gear transmission system and 3 D FEM.In order to improve greatly the accuracy of computation,following factors are taken into consideration:simultaneous engagement of three pairs of teeth;influence of deformation of rims and webs of gears;influence of deformation of shafts and bearings;gear base pitch errors and tooth profile errors.The transient responses of dynamic root stresses are replaced by the root stresses under dynamic loads.In this case it is possible to avoid the complicated natural vibrational behaviours and dynamic response analyses of gear teeth.Experiments of the dynamic root stresses of the helical gears are carried out to verify the validity and reliability of the presented numerical method.The calculated results are in agreement with experimental ones.The calculations and the experiments show that the distributions of the dynamic root stresses of the helical gear teeth in meshing have basically three stress peaks.The maximum dynamic stress of the tooth root and stress fluctuations will increase with the increase of the rotational speed.As the input torque increases,the dynamic stresses of tooth root increase.But their dynamic stress factors have a decreasing tendency as the elastic deformation of the gear structure will increase with increasing the input torque.

依据航空弧齿锥齿轮的加工原理,建立了弧齿锥齿轮的切齿共轭方程;在考虑误差和支承刚性的条件下,对航空锥齿轮的接触特性进行了研究,并分析计算了误差及支承刚性对齿轮副的接触印痕和运动曲线的影响。结果表明:弧齿锥齿轮传动对沿主动轮轴向的偏移和轴间夹角的偏移比较敏感。研究问题的方法和所得的结论,为高性能航空锥齿轮传动的研制提供了手段和依据。

The dynamic responses and loads on gears in transmission are ob-tained.The dynamic loads at variable speeds of gears make up the dynamic behaviour of this pair of gears,which provides the basis for structural vibrations and strength analysis of spiral bevel gears.

考虑了齿轮体在各个方向的线振动和角振动,以及齿轮辐板和输入轴、输出轴的扭转变形,以弧齿锥齿轮传动系为对象,建立了一个多刚体多自由度的振动系统模型,推导了这一系统的参数激励微分方程组。再将方程组转化为线性定常的形式,并将参数激励转化为外激励,成功地求解了弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的振动过程。
