Using artificial island as a structure for oil and gas development within shallow sea and beach area has advantages in drilling more wells, controlling large region of oil content, simple structure, construction practicability and gaining materials easily. Therefore, artificial island is an economical and safe structure plan for offshore drilling and production. Referring to experience in construction of artificial island in foreign countries, this paper summarizes the features and application limits of some types of artificial island suitable for oil development in shallow sea area of China, such as natural beach slope, sand-bag revetment and annular wall. Specially, it gives description in detail on the features and key design points for several wall structure types of annular wall artificial island, such as steel caisson wall, non anchor steel column wall with lock pin conneetion and reinforced concrete pipe column wall.

在浅海和海滩的钻采人工岛,具有打井多,控制含油面积大,结构简单,施工可行,材料易得等优点,是一种既经济又安全的浅海钻采结构方案。本文借鉴国外人工岛建造经验,总结了适用于我国浅海开发的自然边坡式、砂袋护坡式、围壁式等人工岛的特点、适用范围。尤其对钢沉箱围壁结构、无锚带锁口联接的钢管桩围壁结构、钢筋混凝土管柱围壁结构的围壁式人工岛的特点、设计要点作了详细论述。

The calculation results show that the structure will vibrate under certain ice condition ,but the magnitude of vibration is less, not enough...

Based on the characteristics of ice failure against conical structure and model test results,an ice force time history is developed ,which is applied to a caisson structure to determine its dynamic responses by the use of forced vibration theory. Two models of linear and non-linear simulation technique are adopted to consider the horizontal stiffness of pile foundation. The calculation results show that the structure will vibrate under certain ice condition ,but the magnitude of vibration is less, not enough to influence the structural strength and personnl working efficiency. The dynamic response of linear simulation is greater than that of non-linear simulation ,so the dynamic response could be determined based on equivalent linear foundation stiffness.

本文根据锥体上冰层破坏特点及模型试验结果构造了作用于基础结构上的冰力时程曲线,按强迫振动理论计算了某沉箱结构的冰激动力响应。对桩基础的水平向刚度模拟采用了等效线性及非线性两种模式。计算结果表明,在一些特定冰层作用下,结构有可能发生振动,但振动量值不大,不致影响结构强度及人员的工作效率。按线性基础计算的动力响应大于非线性基础的响应,因此采用等效线性基础刚度计算动力响应是可行的。

以渤海锦州9—3钢质沉箱的实际数据为依据进行的无能源启动高架位灌水虹吸法的实验,为巨型沉箱加水压载坐底提供了理论分析和技术准备。同时还积累了设备制作、安装及操作的经验,为今后在海工和港口工程中运用巨型沉箱打下了基础。灌水虹吸法对其它领域和类似工程,也有推广应用价值。
