Purpose:The study is to observe the influence of intensive and specialized training on immunity enginery of men Sanda-athletes in pre-comptetion training. Methods: The male athletes were selected as subjects and investigated the change of NK cell,NKT cell,CD4+/CD8+,T cell,and Th1/Th2 lymphocyte cell to observe the change rule of immunology index during the pre-comptetion training.
Applying Fuzzy Systematic theory, the author has systematically analyzed and studied each factor that improved the results of women's speed skating in our country, brought to light the position and effect of each factor in special events, and provided future scientific training with a decisive basis This research method can complement the inadequacy of the mathematical way A new method is offered for scientifically arranging and controlling the whole training process, and for improving the results of speed skating.
