Aluminium alloys with high content of transition-metals can be madeby rapid solification and powder metallurgical methods. These alloys show superiorly mechanical performance and thermal stability in elevated temperature and have been devolped into a series of alloys. This study generally reviews the status guo and the development trend in this field and also their possible utilization.

采用快速凝固/粉末冶金技术可制备出含有大量过渡族元素的铝合金,这种铝合金具有优良的高温力学性能和热稳定性,并已发展成为一系列耐热铝合金。简要评述了耐热铝合金的研究现状、发展趋势及应用前景。

n this paper the comprehensive development Overview of rapid sofidified high-temperature aluminumalloys were made. The analyzed emphasls was put on the principle of compoitional selecting,preductingmethods,microstructure and proporties. Finally the appllcation and prospect of these alloys were given.

In this paper,the properties of alloy Al-RE-Cu-Mn-Si at elevated temperature are discussed. Fracture characteristic and phase composition feature are analysed with SEM and EPMA. Results show that the alloy remains exellent mechanical properlies even at 350~400℃. 研究了Al-RE合金的高温性能,用扫描电镜、电子探针对该合金的断口形貌和相成分进行了分析。结果表明,该合金在350~400℃的高温下仍具有优越的力学性能,比一般耐热铝合金的耐热温度提高50℃。这主要是因为合金中形成了多种高温稳定的稀土化合物相,这些化合物相呈放射状分布在晶界和枝晶间,可有效地阻碍高温下晶界的滑移。
