1.Effect of Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone on the Level of Free Calcium in Human Myometrial Cells 2.Expression of Large-conductance Calcium-activated Potassium Channels in Different Human Myometrial Cells and Their Electrophysiological Properties
Objective: To study the changes of intracellular free Ca 2+ levels in 3T3 cells induced by electrets and discuss the relationship between electrets induced apoptosis of 3T3 cells and the changes of free Ca 2+ levels.
Results After the 0.9 W, 1.8 W and 2.7 W Ar + laser irradiation, the intracellular free calcium concentration in RPE cells was 415±148, 525±247 and 994±203 nmol/L, respectively, significantly higher than that of control cells, 222±64 nmol/L. There was also a significant difference between each two laser irradiated groups(P<0 01).
