本文通过对某楼局部范围砂垫层地基处理的实践,分析了现场38个试抗的有关数据,总结出进行现场施工质量控制的依据及换土地基处理的一些规律。对换上地基处理的进一步应用提出了新的看法。通过四年多的观察说明采用砂垫层地基处理的方法收到了满意的效果。

To meet the requirements of feundation's stability and deformation of infrastructures constructed in this area, such as power plants, dry docks, wharves, dams and levees, sluices, culverts, etc. research on the soil improvement methods and a large amount of measurement and testing, both in fields and in .laboratory, have been conducted in Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute. In this paper review is made for the main achievement and development of study of soft ground treatment during the last 35 years (1952-1986). It may be divided into throe stages. In the early years of 50's the main method used for soil improvement was the replacement of soils. This is the first stag. In the second stage, from the later part of 50's to the end of 60's, the drainage method including sand drain preloading method played a leading role. Since the later part of 70's it has come into the third stage. In this stage stone column (or vibroreplaeement) method has been prevalent. This time period of 35 years, to some extent, reflects the evoluton of soil mechanics in China. Finally, the trend feature is pointed out of the development of weak ground treatment teehnique.

我国沿海和长江中下游两岸地带广泛地分布着软弱粘性土层。南京水利科学研究院为配合在该地区进行的堤坝、涵闸、港口、船坞、电厂等工程建设,对软土地基做了大量的测试和咨询工作,开展了多种软土加固方法的研究。本文就软土地基加固研究从1952~1986年的35年历程作了回顾,并且展望了发展前景。就这一历程的发展主线来说,大致可划为三个阶段,第一阶段是50年代初期,主要的加固方法是换土法;第二阶段是从50年代后期至60年代末,则以排水法(包括砂井预压法)为主;70年代后期的第三阶段,碎石桩法(或振冲置换法)在软土地基加固中占主导地位。这一历程也反映出土力学在我国的演进。
