本文报道了从价廉和容易得到的原料、己二酸二乙酯等出发,合成奶油香精的主香成份——δ-癸内酯的情况:经改进,将常法的五步反应缩短为三步反应后,总产率提高了一倍。同时、在这个合成的程序中,相应地大大地缩短了反应时间,简化了工艺过程,原料的消耗也大量地减少了。本文对于δ-癸内酯的工业化生产有一定的实际意义。

This paper reports the synthesis of δ-decalactone by condensation,de- hydration,hydrogention and baeyer-villiger oxidation from cyclopentanone and valeraldehyde.The δ-decalactone is widely used in food industry as dairy flavours.

δ-癸内酯具有强烈持久的奶油香甜润香气,大量用于食品工业。本文报道了用环戊酮与戊醛经缩合、脱水、加氢及 Baeyer-Villiger 氧化反应来合成食品香料δ-癸内酯的方法,为δ-癸内酯提供了一条有效的合成途径。
