Abstract The results of flotation test and the measurement with FT-IR and XPS show that the adsorbed species on the minerals are different from those precipitated from the solution bulk in nature. The latter has no contribution to the flotation; however, its disturbance for the determination of adsorption density in the over-saturated system is non-negligible.

研究采用非离子型表面活性剂Tween80(简写成Tw80)作为油酸浮选的增效剂,进行了磷灰石—石英人工混合矿分离实验。当Tw80为油酸用量的10%时,在低温(10℃)条件下可提高回收率30%左右,达到常温单独使用油酸浮磷相同的浮选效果。通过对溶液化学和磷灰石表面吸附的研究查明,作为增效剂的Tw80,物理吸附于矿物表面,促进了油酸钙的化学吸附。

Adsorption properties of collophane and dolomite in distilled water, supernatant of each other and SCO solution are studied using ESCA. It is shown that surface conversion occurs between collophane and dolomite in the supernatant of each other and the affinity of SCO with magnesium on the mineral surfaces is much strong. It is also proved that pollution of mineral surfaces has great affects on the selectivity of SCO. The results coincide with flotation tests.

本文采用ESCA研究了在蒸馏水,相互澄清液及SCO溶液中胶磷矿和白云石的吸附特性.研究表明在相互澄清液中胶磷矿和白云石发生表面转化,且SCO对矿物表面的镁具有较强的亲合力,证实了矿物表面污染对SCO选择性具有强烈的影响。结果与浮选试验取得良好的一致.
