Results:During estrous cycle, CD82/KAI1 mRNA was expressed much lower in estrus,while it had the similar expression in other three periods. However,protein was expressed most abundantly in estrus,and endometrial epithelial cells and stroma cells showed strongly positive.
Objective To identify mRNA and protein expression of tumor metastasis suppressor gene CD63/ME491 in mouse uterus during estrous cycle and early pregnancy, and to explore their effects during the process of embryonic implantation.
【Methods】 Female SD rats at the third estrous cycle were used to establish EMT model. Then 20 EMT rats were equally randomized into the model group and naltrexone(an opioid receptor antagonist) group,and other 10 rats were in the pseudo-operation group.
