Under the condition of total hardness of circulating water 10~20 mg/L,concentration of MoO 4 2- 13~20 mg/L,phosphonic acid 15 mg/L,Zn 2+ 4 mg/L,a result shows that the average corrosion rate of test tubes is 0.003 6 mm/a,average fouling adherence rate is 7.0 mcm,while limiting fouling heating transfer resistance is nearly equal to zero.
The analysis showed that the treated wastewater was filtrated and sterilized, then can be directly reused in the circulating water system, when COD content of raw wastewater ≤1000mg/L, NH3 - N≤40mg/L, oil content≤500mg/L, sulfide content ≤10mg/L and PH =6-9. Primary quality index of wastewater reused can meet the requirement of circulating water specified by SINOPEC.

The results showed that the quality of the treated wastewater can be used as the cooling water of coal-fired power plants. The COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N of the treated wastewater are respectively less than 10mg/L and 5mg/L and 0.1mg/L and 1.0mg/L. Their corresponding removal rates are 95%, 94%, 99% and 97%.
