From view of the condenser and circulation water pump, aiming at the problem of the turbine cold end system, the operational feature of its cold end system has been optimized, and an analytical method is proposed based on thermodynamics theory which is used to determine coupling characteristic between the optimized vacuum and the optimized circulation water flow.
Analysingdesign and running way,we find the questions in working water system of water-jetair ejectors, aspirating air pipe system and cooling water system, put forward thesystem optimization schemes of supplying cooling water supplement first towater-jet air ejectors, installing cooler on aspirating air pipe and connection pipebetween cooling water systems of two units, and calculating the thermo-economy,the result shows that the schemes are feasible and their thermo-economy proceed isobvious.
Corrosion-electrochemical behavior of tube stills of a 18-10 steel combined with the case component members from plain carbon steels in circulating water of petroleum refineries is investigated.
We present the results from an experimental investigation of the methods of aerodynamic action on the processes of evaporative cooling of circulating water in a cooling tower.
When circulating water was heated by ascending heat flow, gold would be extracted, concentrated and transported from auriferous rocks and then precipitated in the masses during the late tectonic movement.
We describe the water chemistry of circulation heat-transfer systems (cooling and heat-supply networks) at which the pH value of the circulation water lies in the range 7.0-8.3.
In addition, the experiment indicates that this novel chiller is highly suitable for an air conditioning system with a low dehumidification requirement or a system with a large cycle flowrate and an industrial cooling water system.
The level of physical parameters is treated that corresponds to the interaction between molten core droplets and cooling water in the case of severe accident in a nuclear reactor.
It is shown that, among the materials considered, those holding most promise for the development of adsorption systems for cooling water are new composite selective water sorbents, primarily KSKG silicagel modified with calcium chloride.
A description of promising developments of the equipment for the ball-cleaning system of turbine condensers and filters for additional cleaning of cooling water is presented.
The improvement in fire suppression was attributed to high depletion and dilution rate of oxygen and the recurrent dynamic mixing generated by the cycling water mist discharge in the compartment.
