The measured nonlinear absorption coefficient and the molecular three-photon-absorption cross section are 4.34×10 -20cm3/W2 and 2.4×10 -39cm6/W2, respectively.
The best fitting density of the deep level EL2 is 1.2×l0~(16)cm~(-3), the two-photon absorption coefficient is 29 cm/GW and the free-carrier cross section is 2.7×10~(-17) cm~2.
