Results show when the content of promoter was 8.3%, under the reaction conditions: C_4H_(10)/O_2/N_2/H_2O = 1/2.6/6/1, space volocity = 910 h~(-1), T = 380 ℃, the yield and the selectivity of methacrylic acid reached 10.4% and 44.3%, respectively.
The results show that SiC, TiB_2 and a bit of BN are produced by sintering reaction at sintering temperature 1800～1880℃, pressure 30 MPa with original powders B_4C, Si_3N_4, a little of SiC and TiC and the sintering additive of (Al_2O_3 +Y_2O_3).
