The organosilicone monomer γ-[tris(trimethylsiloxy)silyl]propyl methacrylate was synthesized by trimethylchlorosilane andγ-(trimethyloxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (KH-570).And poly-γ-[tris(trimethylsiloxy)silyl]propyl methacrylate latex was prepared by emulsion polymerization, IR was used to study the polymer structure. The different ratio and dosage of composite surfactants were researched about the polymer latex's stabilization and structure.

通过 γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷 ( KH-5 70 )与三甲基氯硅烷共水解 ,进一步发生缩合反应 ,制备了γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三 (三甲基硅氧基 )硅烷。并通过乳液聚合法制备了该单体的自聚乳液 ,对聚合工艺进行了初步探讨 ,用红外光谱对聚合产物进行了表征。同时 ,研究了乳化剂的种类及用量对反应的影响 ,发现采用有机硅乳化剂和阴离子乳化剂复配的乳化体系 ,可得到稳定性强、粒度适中的自聚乳液。

Using trichloromethane as solution at no water condition,organosilyl noninic surfactant was modified by chlorosulfonic acid,then neutralized by the absolute alcohol solution of sodium hydroxide,can get its' sodium sulfovinate,which has low surface energy,prominently higer cloud point,and very good emulsification for organosilyl monomer.With its' use level from 6% to 10%,we can get stable emulsion of organosilicon polymer,which has uniform partical size distribution.

在无水条件下,以氯仿为溶剂,聚醚改性聚硅氧烷为原料,经氯磺酸酯化和氢氧化钠乙醇溶液中和,除去无机盐得到非离子、阴离子复合型聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硫酸酯钠盐乳化剂。该改性乳化剂不但具备一般有机硅乳化剂低的表面能,而且浊点高,对有机硅单体仍具有良好乳化功能,用量在6%~10%均可得到粒径分布均匀的稳定有机硅均聚乳液。

A novel kind of polymerizable organosilicone emulsifier (OSE) was prepared with MDnM, maleic ahhydride (MA) and γ-aminopropylmerthyldiethoxysilane (SG-Si902). It was applied in the emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA), initiated by 60Co γ-rays. Morphology and composition of the copolymerization latex were investigated by atomic force microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Properties of the latex films were examined. The results show that the latex emulsified by OSE were stable, and the composite latex has spherical structure. Water-resistant and heat-resistant properties of the latex film were improved remarkably with increased OSE contents.

以γ氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、有机硅封端剂、顺丁烯二酸酐为主要原料,合成了新型的活性有机硅乳化剂,应用于60Coγ射线引发的甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯(Methyl methacrylate/Butyl acrylate,MMA/BA)的乳液聚合。用原子力显微镜和红外光谱表征了乳胶粒子形态和结构,研究了乳胶膜的耐水、耐高低温性能和拉伸强度。结果表明,所得丙烯酸酯乳液稳定性好,乳胶粒子呈球形,增加乳化剂用量可显著提高乳胶膜的耐水性和耐高低温性能。
