This paper preliminarily discusses the background of women's movement,the development review,the characteristics and the significance in Hubei in Wuhan National Government period.
The author draws a conclusion that Wuhan National Government was a transitional regime which from the traditional state pattern to the modern, it took a great important role in the course of the construction of democratic regime in China.
