The determination of calibration travel and spring stiffness forfuel delivery calibrator on injection pump is presented by means of matching testand calculation to modify the full-load curve of diesel engine.As a result,the tor-que back--up coefficient, the speed corresponding to max. torque, fuel consumptionand other parametees can be improved.

本文通过匹配试验和验算来确定喷油泵油量校正行程和油量校正器弹簧刚度,以改变柴油机外特性曲线的形状,从而使柴油机的扭矩储备系数、最大扭矩时的转速和燃油消耗率等指标得到改善。
