【Methods】The time-effect relationship and concentration-effect relationship between celebrex and the expression of COX-2 mRNA and PGE_2 in bladder cancer T24 cell lines were studied by enzyme-linked immuno-absordent assay(ELISA) and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).
The number of comet cells, the length of DNA migration and olive tail moment in lead exposed groups were significantly higher than that of control(P<0.01). Furthermore, they were increased with the increasing of concentration and time of lead exposure, showing the obvious time-effect relationship.
It shows that rooster chronic fluorosis presents a kind of specific time-effect relation, and the sperm abnormality rate takes on a speciality of relatively independence in the process of chronic fluorosis.
In timecourses study,the ENRD activity exposed to 10 μmol/L kaempferol or quercetin for 12 h and 48 h were(0.053±0.006) and(0.037±0.007)μmol/(mg·min~(-1)),or(0.067±0.005) and(0.032±0.004)μmol/(mg·min~(-1)).
10μm o l/L槲皮素处理细胞12 h和48 h后,ENRD酶活性为(0.067±0.005)和(0.032±0.004)μm o l/(m g.m i-n 1),都具有明显的时间-效应关系(P<0.01)。
There were obvious dosage-effect and time-effect correlations (P<0.05). The half inhibitory concentrations (IC_ 50 ) at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h were 14.28 μmol/L, 13.63 μmol/L and 2.34 μmol/L, respectively.
Results The condition of proliferation in curcumin groups decreased compared with the control group,there were dose-effect(10-500μM)and time-effect(12h,24h,48h,72h) relation in diferent curcumin groups.
TNT was incubated with human erythrocytes and its toxicity was observed. It indicated that TNT induced tl:e simultaneous production of MetHb and O2 with GSH depletion, which demostra ted dramatic relationship of dose-effect and time-effect.
