Electroantennogram responses (EAGs) of Lysiphlebia japonica (Ashmead) (Hymenoptera: Aphidiidae) to cotton plant volatiles and cotton aphid pheromones were measured with EAG recording techniques. No sexual difference of EAG responses was found to all test samples under concentration of 10 μl/ml. The most effective chemicals were l-heptanol, hexanal, heptanal, saturated primary-alcohols with six-carbon to nine-carbon chain and benzaldehyde. Both male and female showed the highest EAGs to green leaf volatiles (GLVs) and moderate EAGs to terpenoids among which geraniol was the most active. Cotton aphid pheromones elicited relative high EAGs. Among the four plant extracts, cotton leaf extract was the most effective. Dose curves were constructed from six female wasps' EAGs to four chosen chemi-cals, in which GLVs showed lower thresholds than terpenoids. According to the results above, we may draw the following conclusions: GLVs could be more important in longer distance orientation, while ter-penoids may be more important in shorter ranges. Aphid pheromones may be effective attractants to para-sitoids. Preadult experience can influence the antennal sensitivity of the parasitoid.

本文利用昆虫触角电位技术记录了棉平突蚜茧峰Lysiphlebia japonica(Ashmead)(Hymenoptera:Aphidiidae)对棉花挥发性次生物质(标样和提取物)和棉蚜信息素(性信息素和报警激素)的触角电位反应,没有发现雌雄间触角电位对差异(P>0.05)。所有测试标样中,活性最强的化合物是庚醇、己醛、庚醛、苯甲醛和饱合的六碳到九碳的直链正醇;雌雄蚜茧蜂都对绿叶气味物质反应强烈,而萜烯类化合物引起的触角电位反应相对较弱,在所有测试的萜烯类物质中,只有香叶醇表现出较强的活性;棉蚜茧蜂对棉蚜信息素的反应较为强烈,而对四种植物提取物,以棉花提取物活性最强,黄瓜次之,丝瓜和南瓜之间没有明显差别而且反应最弱。浓度反应曲线表明绿叶气味物质的反应域值比萜烯类物质低。根据以上结果,我们得出如下结论:绿叶气味物质可能是寄生蜂寻找寄主的远距离化学线索,而大多数萜烯类则在近距离内发挥作用;棉蚜信息素可能是很强的引诱剂,能够吸引寄生蜂而使其更容易找到寄主;羽化前经历对成虫触角的反应敏感性有一定影响。

In this paper, we reported the studies on the sex pheromone amounts during different times and the identification of female sex pheromone of Illiberis pruni. The methods of electroantennogram (EAG) and GC-Ms spectral analyses were used. The results showed that (1 ) the maximunm amounts of female sex pheromone production occured in 7: 00~ 8: 00 am ; (2) the chemical structure of sex pheromone is an unsaturated butyl dodecenoate.

采用触角电位及气-质联用分析方法,对梨星毛虫雌蛾在不同时期内性信息素的产生量及其性信息素化学结构进行了初步研究。结果表明,雌蛾产生性信息素的高峰期为上午7~8时,性信息素的化学结构为一元不饱和的十二碳稀酸丁酯类化合物。

In this paper the olfactory test,electroantennogram (EAG)responses,indoor bioassay and field tests were employed to study the attractive effects of white sweetclover to chafer beetles.The main component coumarin of sweetclover plant extracts was analyzed and identified.The results showed that the attraction of white sweetclover to chafer beetle was stronger than corn,wheat,soybean seedlings,potato pieces,leaves of peach and poplar trees.The attraction to beetles was improved when seedling of soybean and foxtailgrass were sprayed with coumarin solution.Chafer beetles' EAG responses to Lambsquarters and white sweetclover were most significant as compared with Patience Dock and coumarin solutions.

桑园点播种植白香草木樨早春诱集黑绒金龟甲等害虫、再集中药杀的技术收到较好的防治效果。本项研究对白香草木樨、几种作物和田间杂草对黑绒金龟甲的引诱作用进行了比较,并试图找到白香草木樨引诱黑绒金龟甲的化学物质基础。应用嗅觉计、触角电位、田间罩笼试验及室内行为测定等方法研究了白香草木樨对黑绒金龟甲的引诱作用,分析测定表明了白香草木樨茎叶提取物主要成分香豆素对引诱作用的影响。结果表明,白香草木樨对黑绒金龟甲的引诱作用大于玉米苗、小麦苗、大豆苗、马铃薯片、狗尾草、桃叶和杨叶;大豆苗、狗尾草喷上香豆素溶液后对黑绒金龟甲的诱集作用有所提高。黑绒金龟甲对白香草木樨、巴天酸模、藜及香豆素溶液的触角电位反应测定结果中以藜和白香草木樨引起的电位反应最大。
