And according to the jointing conditions of combined shell, it has given a set of practical formula using in stress estimating of non-beam bifurcated pipe Type 1 and the main pipe of non-beam bifurcated pipe Type 2.

A new type of permeable spur made of steel pipe and wiremesh for speeding up siltation on shore is described in this paper. The method of constructing in detail and economic benefits through an example are presented and evaluated also.

钢管桩网坝是一种用于落淤还滩的新型透水工程。取长7~9m、管径5~6cm的钢管为桩材,以垂直河岸方向的排桩形式由岸边向河中立桩,桩上悬挂铅丝网片,上加横梁联接各桩,构成整体,再加拉线而成。其构造简单、施工方便、造价低廉,落淤护岸效果良好。文章介绍了工程结构和施工方法,并以五原县韩五河头险工钢管桩网坝的修建和运用为实例,对工程效益进行了评价。

针对裂缝宽度为0.2~0.05mm或单位吸水率ω=0.05~0.01L/min·m·m的岩体水泥灌浆存在的问题,选择湿磨细水泥灌浆技术进行了研究。研制出了新型齿盘式高效水泥湿磨机(GSM-1型)和制浆工艺。这套设备和制浆工艺,既可直接与灌浆机组联接,又可纳入集中制浆系统。普通水泥浆经其细化后,最大粒径D_(max)<40μm,D_(50)=10μm。阐述了其作用机理、制浆工艺流程、浆材的基本特性、灌浆工艺。介绍了现场灌浆试验和工程应用情况。实践表明,所研制的湿磨机和提出的制浆及灌浆技术,能有效地改善水泥对岩体细裂隙的可灌性,提高灌浆质量。目前已在工程中应用,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
