本文拟制的电压型母线差动保护和普通电流型差动保护主要的区别是:在差动回路中采用了电压继电器来代替电流继电器。保护的原理是,当正常运行和外部故障时,利用选择继电器的整定值大于最大的不平衡电压来防止误动作;而当内部故障时,利用差动回路上能产生较高电压而达到灵敏动作的目的。在双母线对,故障母线是利用联络开关流过的电流和差动回路上电压之间的相位关系来确定。这种保护方式在正常运行时电流回路的工作情况和普通差动保护类似,但是在母线上故障时能保证有较高的动作灵敏度和较快的速废。特别当电流差动回路由于电流互感器特性不一致而不平衡电流较大时,这种保护方式的优点就更为突出。此外当双母线时不要求出线固定地联接在一定的母线上也是显著的优点。文中给出了保护的原理和接线图,整定计算公式和实验室内的试验结果。

The key of this work lies on designing a satisfactory power element and avoiding the spring connection of machines. 3. The method of combining the machine and electronic circuits has been proposed to the damping of transmission effectively. 4. By using the analytic method introduced in this paper, the specification of optimal high-speed system can be nearly realized by dynamic design. This method is simplier and easier than other general synthetic methods for handling by technicians. 5. The effect of weak damping second-order element should be considered as the influence of small parameters on feedback control system is taken into account. The high-speed performance of system will be effected under the influence of correction of low-pass filter.

本文着重讨论建造快速伺服系统工程实践中的问题。其主要之点有: 1.必须研制小惯性电子线路以取代惯性较大的平滑滤波电路及功率部件等。 2.采用测速反馈改善伺服电机性能的关键在于设计理想的功率部件和避免机组的弹性联接。 3.采用机械与电子线路相结合的方法,可以有效地的增加动力传递机构的阻尼。 4.利用本文介绍的分析方法进行动态设计,可使系统接近最优快速系统的指标。方法简便,比之一般的综合方法易为工程技术人员掌握。 5.讨论小参数对反馈系统的影响时,需要注意弱阻尼二阶环节的作用,用低通滤波进行校正将会影响系统的快速性。

Wind power is a kind of inexhaustible and harmless energy source in the nature. Its application for providing electric power becomes more and more attractive nowadays. However, the wind power is not easy to control, because the change of the wind velocity will change the rotating speed of the wind turbine, Consequently, the output frequency and voltage of the alternator driven by it will also be varied. This is unacceptable either to the consumers or to the parallel operation with an existing power system....

However, the wind power is not easy to control, because the change of the wind velocity will change the rotating speed of the wind turbine, Consequently, the output frequency and voltage of the alternator driven by it will also be varied. This is unacceptable either to the consumers or to the parallel operation with an existing power system. For solving this problem, this paper presents a variable speed and constant frequency and magnitude when the wind turbine speed varies within certain limits. This is realized by using an eddy-current coupling between the wind turbine and the alternator and the existing current of the coupling can be automatically regulated by means of electric devices so as to keep the speed of tile alternator practically constant., The features of this system are its compactness, reliability, fine regulation and ease of control. The experimental characteristics will be given and some exploratory viewpoints on the application of this system to wind power generation will be presented.

风能是自然界中取之不尽用之不竭的没有污染的能源,利用风能发电来提供电力,愈来 愈受到人们的重视。但风能比较难于控制,风速的变化会引起风轮机转速的变化,因而由它 所驱动的交流发电机的输出频率与电压也将随之变化,这对用户或与电网并联来说都是不合 适的。为了解决这个问题,本文提出一种变速恒频发电系统,这种系统能保证当风轮机转速 在一定范围内变化时,在交流发电机输出端能获得稳定频率的电压。这种系统是通过将风轮 机与发电机以电磁滑差方式联接,并通过由电子器件组成的调节系统自动调节电磁滑差联接 装置的励磁电流而实现的。这种系统的特点是结构紧凑、运行可靠、调节精度较高、控制简 单方便。本文介绍了通过实验获得的某些性能结果,并对这种系统用于风力发电的可能性提 出了探讨性的看法。
