Purpose: To study propolis extract antitumor effect and its lowering of the toxicity caused by chemotherapeutant. Results:The extract of propolis had certain antineoplasm effect and the inhibition rate of propolis extract on tumor is 27. 74% and when combined with cyclophosphamide, the inhibition rate reached to 5o. 32...

Results:The extract of propolis had certain antineoplasm effect and the inhibition rate of propolis extract on tumor is 27. 74% and when combined with cyclophosphamide, the inhibition rate reached to 5o. 32 %,even antagonized leucocytopenia caused by cyclophosphamide. Conclusion: The extract of propolis could relieve leucocytopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapeuant clearly.

目的:探讨蜂胶提取物抗肿瘤及减轻化疗药物毒性的作用。方法:通过整体动物实验,将昆明小鼠移植S180肉瘤,观察蜂胶提取物抑制肿瘤作用及与化疗药物合用时的协同及减毒作用。结果:蜂胶提取物的抑瘤率为27.74%,与环磷酸胺合用的抑癌率为50.32%,比单用蜂胶提取物及环磷酸胺分别提高22.58%和9.03%(P<0.05),并能减轻环磷酰胺所致的骨髓造血功能抑制,使血液白细胞维持在正常水平(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶提取物与环磷酰胺合用有协同抗肿瘤作用,并能减轻肿瘤化疗药物的毒副作用。

目的 探讨蜂胶对移植小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用 ,寻找最佳抑瘤搭配。方法 采用有重复的正交试验设计 ,根据正交表L16 ( 4 2 × 2 9)安排试验因素 ,并进行试验 ,取得试验指标数据 ,分析不同的蜂胶浓度在不同的饲喂时间对不同肿瘤的抑制作用。结果 蜂胶浓度 (A)、饲喂时间 (B)、对不同肿瘤细胞株 (D)的抑瘤作用差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5) ,性别间 (C)差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ,各显著性试验因素各水平的最优搭配为A4 B3D2 。结论 一定浓度的蜂胶饲喂一段时间后对移植的小鼠肿瘤有显著的抑制作用

In this paper, the functional components and the anti tumor mechanism of propolis were summarized, and the bright exploiture future of propolis functional food was looked ahead.

本文对蜂胶的功能成分、抗肿瘤机理进行了综述 ,并对蜂胶保健品的开发前景进行了展望
