The relation between structure and mechanical properties of electrodepo-sited nickel has been investigated by using the positron annihilation lifetime-spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction technique and optical microscopy. The relation between structure and mechanical properties of electrodepo-sited nickel has been investigated by using the positron annihilation lifetime-spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction technique and optical microscopy. It is found experimently that growth model, texture and internal stress of deposits are strongly influenced by some kinds of organical additives, e. g. saccharin, added in the plating baths. It has also been observed that the change of micro-hardness of deposits with the annealing temperature has similar pattern as that of positron annihilation average lifetime, this provides the evidence that mechanical properties of the deposits depend strongly on its internal structure. The recrystallization of deposits occurs during the annealing process indicates that the electrodeposits possess a metastable structure with excess latent energy for inducing recrystallization. Furthermore, the recrystallization begins from the region contacting with the substrate because the excess latent energy holds in this region is higher than others.

本文应用正电子湮没技术、X—射线衍射技术和光学显微术研究了电沉积镍结构与内应力和显微硬度的关系。实验表明,在镍镀液中加入糖精可以改变镍镀层晶体的生长模式、织构和内应力状态。镀层在退火处理后,其显微硬度的变化与正电子湮没平均寿命τ的变化有明显的对应关系,这是镀层的机械性能取决于内部结构的明显例证。实验还表明电沉积镍在退火时发生了再结晶作用,说明它是一种介稳态结构,其内部蕴含着诱发再结晶的过剩能量,特别是与基体交界处的能量较高,再结晶最先从这里发生。

The author makes an analysis of the rare elememts in the spheroidal graphite malleable iron and the graphite shape by means of electromagnetic scope, offering both theoretiolly and experimentally the mode of graphite spheroidal crystal growth in the study of the metallurgy factors of the spheraidal graphite.

The growth modes of pro-eutectic and eutectic graphite was compared and inves tigated using liquid queuching technique. The results showed that severe twisting of vermicular graphite is caused not by the effects of modifying elements, but by the in teraction of graphite and austenite. Modifying elements directly affect the growth in terface of graphite and change its growth mode which leads to different morphologies of graphite crystals.

用液淬技术,对初生石墨和共晶石墨的生长模式进行了对比研究。揭示出蠕墨弯曲频繁主要是石墨和奥氏作相互作用的结果,并非变质元素所致;变质元素通过对石墨生长界面的直接作用,改变石墨的生长方式,影响石墨的结晶形貌。
