Results of this study indicate that there is the highest growth impetus in the loin joint for all three breeds examined. Min Zhu (M) surpassed the Landrace (L) and Sanjiang white (SW) pigs in the growth impetus of forequarter (neck+ shoulder+rib), but with the lowest growth in the loin and hindquarter (ham + leg). The results showed that the mature orders of carcass physical composition of Bamei pigs were bone>skin> meat>fat. The allometric growth of meat fat and ash was not affected significantly by sex. Reducing the level of protein and energy in the diet from 14.25% and 13,01(MJ/kg) to 12.15% and 11.88(MJ/kg) respectively can not affect the allometric growth models of chemical compositions of meat tissues in Bamei pigs.
