    This paper reports a new method for determination of trace amounts of some dithiodialkylphosphoric acid pesticides. In alkaline solution, most of those pesticides are hydrolyzed into dithiodialkylphosphate which has high sensitivity at the stationary mercury electrode. Authors have synthesized 0, 0-diethyldit-hiophosphate and studied the analytical conditions in stripping voltammetry. This compound shows a sharp stripping peak at about -0.9V (vs. Ag-AgCl) in a NaOH-NaHCO3 buffer solution and a linear relationship...

    This paper reports a new method for determination of trace amounts of some dithiodialkylphosphoric acid pesticides. Authors have synthesized 0, 0-diethyldit-hiophosphate and studied the analytical conditions in stripping voltammetry. This compound shows a sharp stripping peak at about -0.9V (vs. Ag-AgCl) in a NaOH-NaHCO3 buffer solution and a linear relationship exsists between the peak height and the concentration in the range of 10-8-10-9M. Several organophosphorus pesticides with dithio groups and their residues in trace amounts on the surface of tea leaves have been determined successfully by the proposed method. It has also been demonstrated by control experiment that the thiohydroxy group in dithiophosphate plays its important role of possessing electrochemical activity. Hence a theoretical ground is provided for further determination of other pesticides containing thiohydroxy group by cathodic stripping voltammetry.

    本文介绍一个新的仪器方法——使用 UA-3铀分析仪直接测定各类水样中的“痕量”铀。铀的荧光为一个小型氮气激光器辐射所激发。使用 UA-3的分析操作简单而快速。我们在实验基础上制订了一个分析方法。它对存在大量干扰杂质样品的分析,无须预先浓缩或处理。对水溶液的测量范围:从0.05到20ppb 铀,其精密度为±16%。样品分析速度:一个操作者每小时可以分析20个样品。用此方法进行了各种水样的分析,其结果的最大标准偏差为±6.2%。

    Chloride is an annoyance in chemical industry and chemical fertilizer pro- duction,It is important to determine trace chloride in gases and water.We determined chloride at factories and oilfields with HgS/Hg_2Cl_2 chloride ion se- lective electrode prepared in our laboratory.Experimental results showed that this electrode is simple,exact and time-saving for the determination of chloride. The electrode has a Nernstion response to chloride in 1×10~(-1)~1×10~(-6)M.
