In hot wire anemometer, the Changes of gases temperaturc greatly affect the measurement. The present work deals with the structure of the anemometer which compensates the Changes of the gas temperature. The compensation is based on the theroy of heat diffusion, and two types of sensitive cells are built with compensating elements: straight-pass diffusion and straight-blowdiffusion.
